Our goal at THE AESTHETICS HUB is to provide quality service to all of our customers in a timely manner.

No-shows, late arrivals & cancellations significantly inconvenience

not only our staff, but other patients as well. 

Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointment, cancellations, & appointment. rescheduling

prior to making your appointment.

 

Booking deposit

~

To avoid no-shows, last minute cancellations, & to allow our staff to adequately prepare THE AESTHETICS HUB requires a

$50.00 booking deposit to reserve all appointments.

If deemed suitable for treatment the $50.00 will be credited toward your treatment on the day or alternatively can be kept on file to secure your next scheduled appointment.

In the event, you are deemed not suitable for treatment, you appointment will revert to consultation only service & the deposit acts to cover our staffs time.

Cancellation policy

Your appointments & well-being are very important to us. 

We understand that at times, unexpected & unplanned events can occur resulting in the need to miss/cancel/reschedule your appointment.

Thus we respectively ask you to notify us at least

48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. 

This is when you will receive your appointment reminder via text & email and thus provides ample time to notify our staff of any changes.

 

Our policy

~

Any missed appointments, cancellations and/or rescheduling made less than 24 hours prior

will result in a cancellation fee.

The cancellation fee is equal to the amount of the booking deposit placed for the reserved service, or standard $50.00 whichever is more.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may not be able to accomodate you.

In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply & we will do our best to reschedule your appointment for another time.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.

 

Please note we do not offer refunds.

However, if you give us at least 24-48 hours notice of your need to reschedule or cancel your appointment we can

credit your deposit amount to your file for future use.

All rescheduling/cancelling can be completed on the online booking platform prior to 48hours before appointment

or within 24 hours via direct call or message to 0402 068 478.
